J.D. Westbrook serves as Commercial Coordinator for Commonwealth’s Philadelphia National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. J.D. joined Commonwealth in 2003 and his current responsibilities include placing orders, following up on orders, bringdowns, searches, and various other products. He also puts together smartBind packages (title commitments with document exception copies) and ensures timely product delivery.

J.D. also has marketing responsibilities that include creating brochures and invitations to Philadelphia NCS sponsored events. He also helps plan and advertise those events. J.D. also facilitates the timely delivery of underwriting bulletins to customers and colleagues. He is also committed to the implementation of a paperless Philadelphia NCS.

In his spare time J.D. is an avid runner and competes in various races. He is also an advocate for animals working with his local ASPCA. J.D. also loves travel and music--his preference being live performances or listening to a selection from his collection of vinyl records.
